Permissions needed
- Storefront · Catalogue
Any one of these grants access. Ask an administrator if the screen is not visible to you.
Before you start
- An active inventory product
- A configured storefront stock location
Complete the workflow
- 1
Open the inventory product
Search by name, SKU or current public name, then open the public listing editor.
- 2
Write customer-facing copy
Confirm the public name and URL, add a concise summary and provide enough detail for the customer to identify the item.
- 3
Add product media
Open Product media, upload an image with the Product image type, and wait for the malware scan to mark it clean.
- 4
Choose visibility
Publish the item when ready and optionally feature it. Inactive inventory products cannot be exposed publicly.
- 5
Verify the shop
Open the public storefront and confirm the product detail, price treatment, availability and image.
Useful tips
- The latest clean Product image becomes the public image.
- Use display order sparingly; featured status already promotes important items.
Troubleshooting
A published product is missing
Confirm that the inventory product is active, the storefront is enabled, and the selected stock location is valid.
